Dear Parents, Grandparents and Carers,
On Wednesday 24th January, every pupil, from nursery to Y6, parent, grandparent & carer will have the opportunity to get involved in an exciting tree-planting project in the school grounds, helping people and nature for generations to come.
We would love you to come along and support your children on the day. All volunteers must report to the school office on arrival.
We will go ahead whatever the weather and the field may be quite muddy so please make sure your child brings:
Wellies or sturdy shoes that can get muddy e.g. old trainers
Spare socks
Lots of warm layers and a warm coat
Warm hat, gloves and scarf
Waterproof coat and trousers if you have them
Please do not wear flimsy shoes such as plimsolls or ballet pumps because we will be using spades.
