Outdoor Learning & Resilience Project

is a new and exciting programme

to incorporate

working with nature,

health & well-being,

independence,

 group work

and

resilience.

Children across school will have an opportunity to work with

staff team, engaging in projects and taking ownership of them, giving them focus so they can make a positive contribution.

This will include the school's 'Growth Mindset' ethos, pupil voice and sharing achievements with our local community.

This project will offer children to explore, plan & learn in a safe environment beyond the classroom.

The sessions will be during school time and will be a mixture of class based and outdoor learning.

Children will be working in small groups and will require the following:

Warm clothing (old trousers/jeans/tracksuit bottoms)

Outdoor/waterproof coat

Wellies/Boots (suitable for outdoors)

Hats/gloves
