Trust in the Christian tradition nearly always concerns the trust of God. Frequently trust comes up in the great Old Testament stories. It is likened to bravery and faith in difficult times. Ultimately the character of God is such that even when we are afraid and even when we feel we cannot do it if we just stand up and step out he will be with us and we can feel safe.
At Belgrave St. Peter's we encourage our children to place their Trust in God. This is in addition to our work on trust in the more general sense, trust for and in one another; trust in our staff, pupils, parents and carers, and trust in the wider to community to work together for the common good.
