After-School Clubs – Autumn Terms 1 & 2 2026 (Reception to Year 6)

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are delighted to announce that a range of exciting before and after-school clubs will be available at Belgrave St Peter's CofE Primary School during the Autumn Term.

Our clubs provide children with fantastic opportunities to explore new interests, develop new skills, build friendships and stay active in a fun and supportive environment.

The clubs are organised by the school and delivered by our partners, FCS and Little Acorns.

All clubs are £2.00 per session.

Autumn Term 1

• Club Dates (W/C): 24 Aug, 1 Sept (Tue), 7 Sept, 14 Sept, 21 Sept, 28 Sept, 5 Oct and 12 Oct 2026.

Collection

All after-school clubs finish at 4:15pm. Children should be collected promptly from the school hall door.

Booking Information

Bookings for Autumn Terms 1 and 2 will open via Arbor at 6:00am on Friday 21st August 2026.

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage families to book early. Payment must be made in advance through Arbor to secure your child's place.

If your child is eligible for Targeted Free School Meals, they will receive clubs free of charge. If your child is eligible for Expanded Free School Meals, clubs will be charged at the discounted rate of £1.00 per session. Please ensure you select the correct eligibility when booking through Arbor. Selecting the incorrect option may result in your child's place being withdrawn.

Please note that bookings are made for the full half-term block. Once a place has been booked and confirmed, we are unable to offer refunds.

We reserve the right to make changes to the club timetable during the year. Should any amendments be necessary, we will inform parents and carers as soon as possible.

Forest School Reminder

Children attending the Forest School club must bring appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear, including a waterproof coat and wellies or sturdy shoes, as sessions take place in all weathers.

Behaviour Expectations

We are proud of the positive behaviour standards across our school, and we expect these high standards to continue during all before and after-school clubs.

To ensure clubs remain safe, enjoyable and positive experiences for everyone, we will follow the procedure below if a child's behaviour does not meet our expectations:

1. First incident: The club leader or sports coach will speak to you when you collect your child.
2. Second incident: A member of the Senior Leadership Team will become involved.
3. Third incident: Your child may be temporarily withdrawn from after-school clubs following a meeting between the Headteacher and parents/carers.

We appreciate your support in helping us maintain a positive environment where every child can enjoy taking part in our clubs.
